Dear Ian,
As I sit looking at this rather wind blown garden in the middle of November I can still feel a sense of delight at the sight of the lovely shaped pool at the end of my lovely wriggly paving and patio.
I theefore am writing to say what a delight it was having you all - not wishing to miss out on Tim and Toby - working on my patio and pool and to congratulate you all on a job well done and carried out with the minimum of disruption to myself - no mean feat when I consider how little time I managed to spend to explain or sort anything whatever out.
When Ian first approached me having received an enquiry on email I had in fact reached the stage of deciding it would all be too much trouble and that no one understood the requirements of a small garden when talking about a swimming pool. It was a delight to find a company with initiative and innovative ideas which became evident on talking and rough sketches etc. This was backed up with a team of people who enjoyed working together and therefore worked well.
Many thanks to you all. Diana
I am in the process of running and organising a day rally in aid of heart research on the 10th December and no doubt people will see the difference in the garden so I will pass on my good experiences .
